I had a mixed experience at Kosma Business Hotel. The spacious family room was definitely a highlight, but I faced several maintenance issues that affected my stay.

The family room was spacious and accommodating, perfect for our needs. However, I noticed several maintenance issues like the noisy toilet door, high basin, and air conditioning that was not cold enough. The flooring transition between the carpet and toilet was uncomfortable too.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable with only one pillow per head, and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. Also, the shower was positioned too high, which made it inconvenient for someone shorter. There were some issues with the air conditioning as well, as it didn’t seem to cool properly.
